Booking Deposit and Cancellation Policy

This policy has been introduced due to an increase in last minute booking cancellations which deny our ability to take replacement bookings if such cancellations were made in a timely fashion. The price per night for 2023 is £16 which includes electrical hook up.
1. Booking Deposits for bookings made more than 72 hours before planned arrival. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking as follows:

For 1 to 3 nights - £18.00

For 4 to 7 nights - £36.00

For over 7 nights - £54.00
The balance is payable in full upon the day of arrival.
2. Booking deposits for bookings made within 72 hours of planned arrival. A Full non-refundable payment is required on the day of booking.
3. Bookings cancelled by the CL owners a full refund of booking deposit will be given.
4. Payment Arrangements.
Payment arrangements can be either over the phone, via online payment via a link emailed to you or BACS. We use secure payment using SquareUp for payment over the phone, Stripe payments for if you would like to pay online.
