Fields and Fowl

"We are trying to be more sustainable by eating the produce the seasons dictate but are unfortunately still some way off being self- sufficient at this stage.  We have fresh chicken and duck eggs available for our guests to buy as well as homegrown fruit and veg.  We also breed and sell, Pekin Chickens, Indian Runner Ducks and Peafowl.  It is a hobby of ours to forage in the hedgerows for sloes, blackberries, elderflowers and elderberries.  We also have a composting system set up to complete the cycle.  We are hoping to get a few sheep and a bee hive in due course to complete the dream!
